(CEO’S) Creating Equitable Opportunities & Support Program

Project VOYCE is working to launch our newly developed CEO’S program, a culturally responsive, tiered leadership and behavioral health initiative designed to support youth ages 14–24 across Denver’s diverse communities. Rooted in our belief that youth are powerful agents of change, this program addresses the urgent need for healing-centered, leadership-focused spaces that nurture both personal growth and community transformation.

Too often, young people—especially those from historically marginalized backgrounds—are excluded from meaningful leadership development and mental health support. CEO’S is our answer to that gap: a holistic, multi-tiered program that meets youth where they are and guides them toward who they are becoming.

Through accredited leadership curricula, peer mentorship certification, trauma-informed therapy, and tangible completion incentives, CEO’S empowers youth with the skills, tools, and confidence to lead in their schools, communities, and workplaces—while also prioritizing their mental well-being.
